Terms of Service
Development
For inquiries, please provide as much information as possible about the project and your ideas for it. Please define what you are looking for as clearly as possible and don't forget to mention any deadlines. All this information will be immensely helpful.
I will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote and an estimated timeline, based on the information provided and the amount of work required.
After the price is agreed upon, you will need to make a deposit of half the agreed amount, and I will provide between one and three concepts for you to choose from. Once a concept has been decided, I will develop it until I reach the final version. If required, previews of the work in progress will be shared. Once one concept/sketch is approved, going back to the previous stage will have an extra cost.
The final assets will be sent only after the full payment is completed.
Working with really tight deadlines might be possible if my schedule allows it, but it may have an extra cost.
Payments
Work in any project will start upon the payment of a deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total amount agreed between the parts. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, even on a preliminary stage.
Any additional work not mentioned at the beginning of the project will be charged separately, on an agreed hourly rate.
All fees must be paid by the client.
The second and final payment must be completed in order for the final files to be delivered.
Communications
All communications will preferably be held with one point of contact (Except for reasons of force majeure or other compelling reasons).
Please keep in mind that any delays on replying to messages/proposals may delay the process and result in difficulties to meet the agreed deadlines.

Once the full payment is completed, the client gets the right to use the logo and/or artwork in the way that was agreed between the parts before the start of the project. Any other uses are prohibited without specific written consent. The assets should not be altered under any circumstances.
I keep the copyright to the artwork and it needs to be properly credited in writing whenever the artwork/logo is displayed (plus tags to the appropriate social media profile). I reserve the right to showcase any commissioned work for exhibitions, websites, publications, and social media accounts. I also reserve the right to sell art prints of the artwork, without any logos or branding.
No work in progress files or sketches can be used or shared in any form, and all communications between the parts are strictly confidential. I keep the right to use any unused art or concepts for future projects unrelated to the client.
Only when the second payment is completed and I state that the files are final, can those files be shared. The files will be provided in a variety of formats according to the demands of the client and the nature of the project, including Hi-Res images or vector files (in the case of logos), layered PSD files would not be provided.
